“I recently hosted a sit-down wedding rehearsal dinner for my son and future daughter-in-law at Crescent Bistro in downtown Pleasant Hill. Brad, the restaurant owner and master chef, patiently worked with me through the planning phase that included table settings to accommodate 50 guests as well as making provisions for my decorations to celebrate the night before the wedding. And what an impressive and memorable night it turned out to be!!!

Each dish on the customized menu was not only beautifully presented but was prepared to perfection and to everyone’s satisfaction. Absolute favorites were the jalapeno cheddar doughnuts, pan seared halibut, bistro steak frites, bistro burger, and apple bread pudding. The open bar offered a wide selection of cocktails, wines, beer, and non-alcoholic options that catered to everyone’s drink preferences.

I am grateful to Brad and his staff for their outstanding service! They were professional, accommodating, and never ceased to smile – true grace under pressure. My guests could not say enough about their amazing evening! My cell phone was inundated, for days, with text messages filled with thumbs up and smiling emojis!
